Our humble roots date back to 1986, in San Jose, California when the husband-and-wife team of Audelino and Bertila Melgar developed a better way to provide exemplary customer-focused services while mobilizing a team of maintenance professionals to deliver comprehensive building and grounds care. After 35 years, MFM Industries remains 100% family-owned, and our business plan remains the same: extend our strong family values and solid work ethic to everything we do to earn our customers’ trust and deliver timeless services at a fair price.
